The Smith County Historical Society holds its monthly meeting on the 1st Tuesday of each month. Meetings include a guest speaker on a Smith County history topic and are open & free to the public.
The meetings begin at 7:00 pm and are held at the Carnegie History Center (the Society's museum/archives in the old Carnegie Library building) located at 125 South College Avenue in Tyler. For more information, call 903-592-5993.
Meetings are occasionally changed to a different date or location when special events warrant, so please call to confirm these items.
